Purchase of a Customer Care Plan assures you that you’ll have a team of skilled, experienced repair and renovation experts available when you need them. You can utilize our craftsmen for routine maintenance, upgrades and enhancements, or more extensive renovation projects. All are covered under the plan.
Ideal for Off-Cape Owners
A Customer Care Plan can also incorporate our specialized HomeWatch service the provides regular inspection and upkeep of your Cape Cod home all winter long. We’ll even get thing ready to open your home when spring arrives!
Every Customer Care Plan begins with a complimentary and customized walk through of your house to assess emerging problems from inadequate insulation to worn out shingles and roofing tiles. Then, The House Carpenters work with you to develop a schedule of improvements and maintenance to meet your current budget and lifestyle – and avoid costly emergencies down the road.
Choose from the follow levels of Customer Care Plan service:
Home Care 40 $1,600
A skilled professional painter and carpenter will perform 40 hours of labor at your home utilizing tools and equipment necessary to perform the task at hand. These trade professionals are available in blocks of 8 hours and the time can be split as needed for the tasks. Twenty hours of each trade professional can be applied to a project of greater scope. The material allowance for this program is $200.
Home Care 80 $3,025.00 (includes 5 hours of free labor)
A skilled professional painter and carpenter will perform 80 hours of labor at your home utilizing tools and equipment necessary to perform the task at hand. These trade professionals are available in blocks of 8 hours and the time can be split as needed for the tasks. The material allowance for this program is $400.
Home Care 120 $4,650 (includes 10 hours of free labor)
This level includes scheduled maintenance for your home’s heating and cooling systems as well as skilled professional painters and carpenters. Trade services of equal value may be substituted for carpenter and painter labor. The material allowance for this program is $800.
HomeWatch Service $120 per month
Our HomeWatch service is designed for off-Cape homeowners. It can be scheduled for any time period, although the most common usage is between October and June. HomeWatch includes a walk through and around your home two to three times a week as dictated by weather events. After snow storms a walkway to the house will be cleared. Plowing is available if requested. Your home will be checked at the end of the season, all power is checked temperatures are set and all windows and doors are locked. Response to alarms is a part of this service as well as receipt of shipments. Heat and or A/C can be re-set prior to owners or guests arrival.
